Record video in a loop

Can someone show me how to setup OBS to record video in a loop? This would be like a dashcam type of setup. The older video would be overwritten, or deleted, and the newer(latest) video would be available. For example, 12 five-minute video files could be saved to collect one hours' worth of footage, then after a 13th video file is saved the oldest video file would be deleted.

I'd love to see something like this for OBS as well; I'm looking for at least some sort of constant-record/backup buffer record that continues to burn to a mkv file that has a max size quota.
