record transparent windows instead of disappearing

have the ability to record transparent windows instead of disappearing
xsplit, manycam, and basically everything has failed this
the only 1 i've seen able to recognize transparent windows is webcammax
like if a windows transparency can be set between 0-255
then 0-254 makes the window disappear from the recorder entirely
255 or completely visible is the only thing that shows up on almost all of them

again, webcammax is the only 1 i've seen able to do this
so if ffsplit does it then it has a huge advantage over everyone else
i can sort of do this if the directshow layer device is set to webcammax
but running webcammax unecessarily takes up cpu and max res is 640x480

the particular example i'm talking about is in mirc
if you type "/setlayer [0-255]" it changes the windows transparency
"/setlayer [0-254]" or any transparency setting isn't read by screen recorders
"/setlayer 255" or no transparency setting is read by screen recorders

i hope this feature is added because it would make it perfect

thank you very much
