Starting a couple weeks ago, whether I'm recording, streaming, or just watching the preview, everything will be smooth for a while but slowly start to get worse and worse until eventually it's just a stuttery slideshow. I haven't changed any settings, and I've even gone and turned them into faster settings but nothing seems to solve the problem. Performance Monitor shows OBS64 sitting around 200 % Processor time at all times after a while.
I'm capturing off an Elgato Game Capture HD, but when recording from that device alone using the Elgato software the problem does not seem to occur.
Log below shows system specs and settings. The confusing part is that it was only recently that this problem arose and I've been streaming off of these settings and this system for a long time with no issue. Any clue what might be causing this kind of behavior?
