Record sound from Firefox stream without having to hear it

I want to use OBS to record a streaming video, with sound, via Firefox (or other source), without having to hear it while I am with the computer. But I would like to be able to hear other app's sounds. I tried redirecting the out device of FF to an alternative place, such as my onboard sound card, but that just silenced the recording.

If I used the Win 11 sound settings, OBS's only choice for Input was default.

Any help greatly appreciated.

SORTED I set the input of OBS to my onboard Sound Card by doing it in OBS, not via the Win Settings.

I did try before I asked, I swear! :(
