record screen capture but no sound

please help, i record my important meeting but i forgot to check the sound. after meeting, i watch vdo, it was work well but no sound. what should i do?

Try playing back the video in VLC (videolan.org). Windows Media Player and the "Movies and TV" app are well known for having bad codec support, which can result in missing audio or video on playback.
If it isn't present in VLC though, it may not have been correctly set up to record, and there will be no way to recover the audio at that point.
