Question / Help Record multi-window application

Hi,
I would like to record the use of a multi-window application. There is a main window and various dialog windows too.
I'm not sure how to use scenes and sources to achieve this.
Any advice much appreciated

Looks like I create a source per window - window must match title
Is there any concepts of having different projects in obs?
 
Oh dear, the app also has context menus which don't get captured I guess because they are child windows. so that's no good.
