Sure is, (in Obs Studio) look in the "audio mixer" pane at your sound sources, (e.g desktop audio), click the little cog and then go down to advanced audio properties, you can set the left+right balance of any audio source in there (or even if the mic is single channel, tick the "mono" box to centralize it).
