Question / Help Record input to GPU with OBS

Hello there,
I'm just wondering if it is possible to record my oscilloscope screen by connecting VGA out port from it (it is for external monitor so it is streaming screen) to GPU or PCs VGA connector and record it with OBS without any capture card.

Nope. Capture card required (make sure that capture card has VGA input).
