Hey guys. So i switched on over to OBS again after a long hiatus away from recording with it. Just the day i started using OBS the new NVEC Came out and it's working beautifully. Anyway whenever i record my gameplay it's all fine and dandy until i watch back what i recorded. It's like my recording is 50 or so FPS instead of actual 60, It doesn't look smooth or looks a little choppy but not much.

2. AMD ryzen 7 2700x
3. 32 GB of DDR4 RAM 3200mhz
4. WIN 10 64x

AS Said IN-GAME i feel nothing it runs normally
but when i open the folder and watch back the video it feels like the video is 50 or so FPS
