Record from Video Capture Card

I am having difficulty being able to view and record from my video capture card. I am running OBS 32.0.2 on a MacBook Pro (Intel chip) that is running Tahoe 26.0.1. My source is a HD USB 3.0 Video Capture Card. I have setup a Video Capture Device source and have selected the device "USB3.0 Capture" from the list of devices (the other devices are my MacBook Camera and my iPhone camera), so I believe I have the correct source settings. I have setup a monitor on my video capture card and I can view the VCR movie on the monitor, however, I am unable to view it on my MacBook.

I was able to view and record video, however, no audio. I changed the source to Video Capture Device (legacy) and the video can be viewed and recorded, however, the audio shows as "inactive"..
