Bug Report Record button not working

At first, I was able to record with Display Capture and Windows Capture, then I attempted to record with Game Capture to record the game, "Team Fortress 2", The Record button remained the same as "Start Recording" and nothing recorded. I read only a few threads about this topic since there wasn't many and none of them solved my problem.

Here is the log after I clicked the Record Button:

Help would be appreciated. I am also, by the way, using the AMD Advanced Media Framework Encoder Plugin, but I still had this problem before I installed the plugin.

I clicked the "Start Record" button several times but it still says, "Start Recording", not "Stop Recording"
 
Then either your GPU doesn't actually support the AMF encoders or you didn't do a proper install of your display drivers when you last updated.
