record audio only from computer

Is there a way to record only the audio from the computer ? Not background audio outside of the computer, like a dog barking ?

I'm suspecting you accepted the default and are capturing Desktop Audio, and as crazycrinkle noted, your microphone is on
So, OBS is doing exactly what you have asked it to do

Personally, I made my life easier by disabling the Global (default) Desktop Audio and Mic, and set up specific Audio Inputs as required per scene. However, I recognize that worked for my use case, and won't work for all, especially certain games. But the Audio Monitor plug-in might help in those cases??

Yes, there are too many software available on getintopc which helps you to record audio only from computer.
