I read the guide about this already, it didn't helped!

I want to do the following:
I want to Stream using QuickSync on Twitch and Record using CPU for the same game at the same time.
The problem is, I can't get it to work!
Just to mention before -> I can't play in Window or Borderless Window mode because my FPS goes down form 60 to 40 then!
What I tried was -> 2 Times Game Capture - Doesn't work one stays Black.
1x Game Capture 1x Monitor Capture doesn't work, as soon as I switch to the Game Full Screen the Monitor Capture goes Black even with all options checked.

Tried the Projector method, can't use it because I have only 2 Monitors 1 I need for the game 1 to make sure the recording is running.

Any suggestions how to do this?

Oh, I get what you mean, yeah the Stream is donwscaled to 720p@30FPS for better Image Quality@3500kbits.
(Quick Sync)
The other is local with 1080p@48/60FPS CRF=22 and no limit to kbit's for HQ
(CPU)

Nobody had this issue yet?

I use my secondary Monitor already to make sure that I record so the Projector method doesn't work.
The Window Capture and Monitor Capture doesn't work when the game is running in Full Screen.
I can't use Borderless/Window mode due to Performance Issues (Lower frames, not caused by the recordings!)

I even tried Global Source but I can't get it to work, or I it can't be used as I would like it.
(Both screens are Black when I try!)

As mentioned I read this:
"Next we can start both instances for the first time. (Of course it is also possible to run a 3rd or more instances with this setup, I would recommend to run them in portable mode and installing each to its own folder) If you already used OBS earlier, the first instance should include your normal setup, while the second one should only have an empty scene. Again, the setups will now differ a bit:
  • Streaming to two locations
    • Option A (same visuals on both streams)
      • 1st instance of OBS that has all Scenes and Sources
      • Projector output to secondary Monitor
      • 2nd instace of OBS captures the Projector Output
      • each is configured to stream to a different provider
    • Option B (different visuals on both streams)
      • both instances have all Scenes and Sources
      • one instance has a Scene with your Game or Window/Monitor capture
      • this instance uses the Projector output to secondary Monitor
      • the other instance has one Scene that captures the Projector
      • each is configured to stream to a different provider
  • Streaming and recording at different settings
    • Option A (one high quality recording and one stream output with different content)
      • 1st instance of OBS has only one Scene that Captures your Input
      • Projector output to secondary Monitor
      • 2nd instace of OBS captures the Projector Output and has other Sources/Scenes
      • 1st is configured to do a High Quality recording (for example with QuickSync)
      • 2nd is configured to stream at a different quality to your favorite provider
    • Option B (same visuals on both stream and recording)
      • 1st instance of OBS that has all Scenes and Sources
      • Projector output to secondary Monitor
      • 2nd instace of OBS captures the Projector Output
      • it does not depend which one is configured to do what"
