Question / Help Reconnecting Issues

Was streaming as intended a few hours back. Took a half and hour break, come back and I now cannot stream for more than a minute without huge frame lag on twitch (Game is fine) followed by a recconnect. This happens over and over, no matter the settings I change, speed tests I review, twitch servers I change, modem resets/computer resets; just about everything has been tried to fix this. Help would be greatly appreciated! :)

If you did not change anything and if you have no reason to suspect your Internet connection broke in the meantime then it is safe to assume the problem is with Twitch. Which makes sense, Twitch has become all but unusable for quite a few people, actually.
