Every 5-20 my stream will disconnect and reconnect. It does it very frequently and I keep losing viewers on Twitch because of it. I've tried doing all of the troubleshooting steps the website offers but one option that tells me:

Low frame rate detected

Your stream is taking an average of 104.164 milliseconds to render a frame. This limits your maximum FPS to around 10 FPS. The most common reason for long frame rendering times are:

  • Using monitor capture
  • Using slow devices such as webcams running at 1080p
  • Not enough CPU/GPU resources available for OBS
  • Running your stream at too high of a resolution / FPS for your computer to handle
I have an i7-4700MQ processor, 16GB of RAM, 64bit OS, Nvidia GeForce GT 750M Graphics, Intel HD 4600 Graphics. I stream at 2450kbps, 720p, 30fps, CPU preset at Veryfast.

Use a hardwired configuration instead of wireless. Other than that, your log file statistics look good, for the one time you streamed for longer than a minute or two, your duplicated frames was only 0.17%, which is excellent. Chances are someone is walking by your laptop with a wifi device and its disconnecting you. Wireless is terrible for uploading streams, get a network cable.
