Question / Help Reconnecting and/or the video itself on twitch freezes

Just today alone, over about 2.5 hours, my OBS reconnected about 15 times. Only 2 log files show up. When it wasn't disconnecting, the stream video it self would freeze or would get a spinning icon in the middle of the video, almost every 15 seconds. This mostly happens if I am streaming a game that requires internet, like World of Warcraft. Streaming non internet games causes this to happen as well but it's not as prevalent. My internet speed is 50mbps by 5mbps. This issue seems to be recent as well as I have not had this problem in the past. I have the same anti-virus programs as I have had since day one of streaming. (Advanced Systemcare, AVG, iObit Maleware Fighter.) I have 2 monitors connected and watch my own stream on Twitch using Google Chrome.

I analyzed the log file and it says I have 2 video cards running but, I don't. I disabled the 2nd one in the device manager, which was my CPU's integrated graphics, a very long time ago(just reconfirmed this was still disabled). It also says I have a slower preset, which I can't find where to speed up.

1st most recent log from today: https://gist.github.com/06dff9fa5f6600acfd0c

2nd log in list, from earlier today: https://gist.github.com/c71b3611ac1996c36a3b

I have a desktop and I have included the DXDIAG and MSInfo32 info in the post.
