Question / Help Reconnecting and drop frame rate

hello guys ive been using obs for like 3 months now.. and today when it updates i got this !! drop frame rate and always reconnecting every 10 to 15 mins

This happens to me to ever since the new update I have 10mps upload and trying to use 3.5 bit upload I have used these same settings for over 6 months and ever since the update this keeps happening

If this is the first time it's happening then you might check and make sure that everything is plugged in and running properly on your end, do a router restart or plug the modem directly etc.. Post the results/log from shaperprobe if the problem persists.
