Question / Help Recommended upgrades to stream Fallout 4?

i will attach my dx diag,
i have AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor
8192MB RAM
Windows 10
MSI 970A-G43 mobo
AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
(specifically XFX Radeon R9 285 R9-285A-CDFC 2GB)
i can play fallout 4 off stream but i have some lag, and on stream i get hit like a brick when i load, not sure if im bottle necking or if what i have just isnt enough,

lemme know what you suggest upgrading or maybe some stream settings to try, thanks

Run a program like HWMonitor on your second screen and see what the bottleneck is. And post a log file.
