Recommended spec for RDP that stream 13 times OBS

Hello guys,
I would like to buy RDP with 1gbps dedicated and 50TB bandwidth that has Windows with 13 different users,
and on each user I'm going to install OBS and Google Chrome and stream my browser screen to 2 platforms simultaneously (2500 bitrate, 1080p resolution).
What do you think is the minimum spec processor and Ram wise for that RDP to be able to hold 13 OBS working at the same time 24/7?

What do you mean with RDP? I just know Remote-Desktop-Protocol only.
Do you mean something like virtual hardware, virtual servers?

Your conditions seem quite low (2500bps for 1080p30), but on virtual hardware there is absolutely no guarantee that capture methods and critical-in-time tasks like realtime encoding are dispatched the right way, priority, perfomance. Then there is demand on 13 times ressources for browser instances too, with unknown demanding content.

Sounds like you should try, test and proof extensive with things like amazon ec2, where you can have processing power on demand.

Thank you for your comment. Do you have any other idea how to stream browser with OBS simultaneously on the same server?
I will be glad to hear if there is other solution.
