so my specs are intel i7-4510u cpu @2.00GHz to 2.60GHz 16 GB ram 64 bit operating system windows 8 and a crappy intel video card it says famliy hd or something im thinking about going back to windows 7 though i hate 8 but any recommended settings would help cause i get a lot of high video encoding messages oh and i steam alot of league
