Hello OBS community! Snickurz here. I've recently built my PC from the ground up containing some flashy new computer specs! Here they are:
GPU(s): NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 and 1080. (I did some recycling from my old computer. :) )
CPU: Intel Core TM i7-8700k CPU @ 3.70GHz, 3696 Mhz, 6 cores, and 12 logical processors.
Download speed (courtesy of speedtest.net): 10-11 Mbps.
With all this in mind, I ran into a problem:
I've recently been trying to do my daily streams, but was unable today because of the spiking frame rates. We're talking frame rate going below 10 fps. A bit of a mess, hmm?
I've been trying to lower my bit rate, change servers, and lower some settings, but nothing seems to help. Would you guys happen to know what recommended settings I should be on? Should I update my router? I'm really going in hard with the streaming business. Don't wanna look messy when playing Metroid Trilogy.
