please can anyone help me I recently started streaming, when I am streaming it misses frames and lags when viewed threw twitch, I am playing a high motion game(fifa 15) on xbox one through legato.

my pc spec is as follows:
AMD A8-5500 whit radeon HD graphics 3.20 GHz.
6GB RAM
AMD radeon R5 235 + HD7560D dual graphics
