Question / Help recommended settings for my specs?

My computer specs are listed below and hopefully you could recommend the best settings to use for streaming , thanks a lot:

Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 660 Graphics Card,
Corsair 2x 8GB RAM (16GB)
AMD FX6300 Black Edition 6 Core 4.1GHz

One more helpful info would be the content you plan on streaming, game? which game? Other content?
