If this is in the wrong place, sorry this is the first time I ever posted to a forum. my CS:GO on average gets above 200 fps max settings without recording, and with recording about 100. My recording although have very low fps and is very..... studdery is a good word maybe?

Specs:

Processor- AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor
Video Card- AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
Memory- 16 GB
Operating System- Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10586), 64-bit

(i guess my first problem was building an AMD machine)

And no the problem is not internet, I want to record, not stream, Plus my upload speed is definatly good enough for streaming, about 12 megabit per second.

720@30fps. make sure you do not use -high or -threads with CS:GO launch options. those will make things worse.
