Question / Help Recommended CPU for RGB streaming?

Hello,

I streaming to YouTube and I want to get 100% color from an NDI video source.

Streaming PC HW:
CPU - AMD Ryzen 3 2200G (too weak for RGB format). The NV12 format is fine, but the color quality is not good.
GPU - Nvidia GTX 950 (streaming via NVENC).

Straming PC OBS:
Resolution: 1920x1080 (60 FPS)
Bitrate: 10 000 Kbps
Encoder: Nvidia NVENC H.264 (new); Max quality; Profile: High; Look-ahead; Psycho Visual Tuning; B-snap 2.
- Direct3D 11
- RGB
- 709; Full

Will a processor be enough: AMD Ryzen 7 2700?
