Recommendations For Recording

Hello, I'm having a difficult time trying to figure out the best recording settings for specifically, Minecraft. My pc can easily run it, and I experience no frame drops or changes when I record or in the gameplay. The video is smooth, but the picture and look of it kind of looks fuzzy and weird. I know YouTube decreases your quality with codecs and stuff, but even when I upload in 1440p to get the v9 codec it still doesn't look amazing.

Can someone please give me recommendations for recording Minecraft with high quality, without decreasing any settings?
Specs: Ryzen 5 2600
Nvidia GeForce 1650 Super
Corsair Vengeance 8x2 (16gb 3200)
 
My recommendation
1. How do your recordings look, before uploading?
2. follow pinned forum post about posting an OBS log for assistance (you haven't posted enough for a good settings reply) and beware the obvious answer of getting a newer/more powerful PC if yo don't want to adjust settings. ;^) Better question is how to optimize OBS for your hardware (and folks will need your OBS stream log to answer that)
