Recommendation system requirements!

That sounds like a request to enable bootlegging movies
I recommend clarifying your use case, and some volunteers may not (probably won't) help for that use case
And OBS, as a composite tool, isn't the most appropriate for simply capturing an incoming video stream and saving it

For example I want to record a movie but my requirements are weak and so I asked what requirements are recommended?
