Question / Help Recommend me good Vps/Dedicated servers to run OBS

Hey guys...
i want to run obs in a vps or dedicated since my upload its just 700 kb. and upgrade to a better internet speed will cost a lot more
what vps/dedicated specs should be good to run it with at least 25-30 fps?

We aren't really going to recommend anything specific, but your VPS will need to have a GPU in it for OBS to function, and those are not cheap.

can you recommend the best settings for 700~800kb upload? :/

You can't really stream on that, and a VPS won't fix your upload speed issues. You'd still have to send video to the VPS.
