Question / Help Recomended quality settings for my PC specs

I've been having some problems with encoding overloading with obs, so I was just wondering if these specs are sutibale for running obs, and if so, what settings I sould use.

Model: Inspiron 5565 signature edition (Dell)
Processor: AMD A-12-9700P RADEON R7, 10 COMPUTE CORES 4C+6G 2.50 GHz
RAM: 12.0 GB (11.5 GB usable)
System type: 64 bit operating system, x64-based processer
111GB of storage, 43.5 GB free
Owned for less than a year
Using 32-bit version of OBS as I had problems with opening with 64 bit version

Start out with the basic defaults, and see if it can handle it. However, you can expect it to not run 1080p60 at all. So for resolution I recommend 720p 60fps, and if that is too hard for your system, set to 30. Even 30fps stream looks pretty decent.
