Question / Help Recieve RTMP Feeds as Video Sources

Can I have OBS capture rtmp streams from other OBS (or other sources)? I see a video source plugin that points me at an IP camera, but I'm wondering if I can have people use OBS to broadcast to my OBS, i do the "production" and then stream from there?

Sure, but the big problem is synchronizing those streams.
To my experience the video plugin (it uses VLC libraries) as well as VLC itself have problems playing back rtmp streams without buffering. And thus they loose synchro.
The best experience so far I had with jwplayer in a browser window, but this gives us no sync options at all. So you will have to look into this. Here are some guides I did for this topic:

Personally, I do this with a program called vMix. You can import RTMP streams and adjust the buffering of each stream to change the timing offset to make them synced.
