Question / Help ReCentral crashing.

I open up ReCentral and try to detect my xbox or wii u on newbie. it shows the loading icon over and over but really slow moving. i use a 64 bit windows 7 but my obs and most of my programs i set to 32 bit. i got it to stream perfectly fine with no problems on LGHD stream engine as that was the only way i could stream. but now it shows nothing and ReCentral crashes when i click on the amateur area for stream. on obs when i try using the ReCentral. it shows nothing. So i know its not obs nor my computer but the program and the card having issues.

on obs the capture card shows up as. avermedia hd capture c985 bus 8

the xbox and wii u show up[ on the tv im using but not the computer.

You may want to point this out to avermedia or avermedia's forums. I'm not entirely sure how this related to OBS.

i want to see if anybody else here had this issue as avermedia is a crap site and doesnt even have forums or anything for support.

I saw you also necroed an older thread. Is the LG HD marked in your Device Manager as cannot start similar to that post?
In that case I would try what jollyriffic suggested:
"right click that avermedia live gamer hd series, select uninstall, reboot.
if that didnt do the trick, load up in safe mode and remove it. if you see more than one instance of it in safe mode remove all of the ones you see, reboot and you should be good now."

ya when i necro that post and saw the date. i was like damn. i hate doing that but i googled it and didnt know. sorry but i will try that. i am finally got a message from avermedia support going to help me out except the support is taiwain which is really bad time zone for me v.v
