Question / Help Recently started having trouble streaming games

Out of nowhere my OBS has started to drop fps and Im not sure why. I have tested many things out from lowering my bit rate, changing the encoder, turning off windows game mode and shadowplay,ect... And nothing seems to work. It randomly shit even when playing games I have in the past. I would greatly appreciate the help!

Reduce ingame graphics and leave room for OBS to render frames
