Question / Help Recently, I have been getting FPS lag in OBS

I am a fairly new streamer, been dabbling since a year ago, but s0omething has been bugging me as of late. Before, I would be able to stream no problem, no frame rate dropping, no lag, everything was crisp and hunky-dory. I have finally had time to start dedicating my self to streaming again, but I have been seeing lag when I stream now, even previewing the stream has it lagging. I was wondering if it's because of my parts or if I need to update my software or things?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and thank you in advance.

You got massive amounts of late frames and with most settings no actual encoding issues (just 600p60 is too much for your PC regarding your logs).

13:30:16: Total frames encoded: 0, total frames duplicated: 0 (0.00%)
13:30:16: Total frames rendered: 5861, number of late frames: 1802 (30.75%) (it's okay for some frames to be late)

Try updating all your drivers, disable all overlay programs (overwolf, Raptr, Razer Synapse, etc.) and as a test remove the webcam from OBS and re-add later if the issue is resolved.

bump. similar problems faced with both OBS and OBS Studio. I even tried with just game capture with nothing else. Clean install.

I should also clarify my previous post that it's not the game lagging. It runs perfectly fine. It's just the stream that seems to lag. Both when running and previewing before I broadcast.
