I have a problem that just started two days ago. If I do anything at all on the computer while streaming, OBS goes up to 45% cpu on it's own with cpu hitting 99% and I get the high encoding message bottom left. Nothing at all has changed with my settings and no new programs.
Until 2 days ago, while streaming even with other programs open as usual, I would sit around 38-40% total CPU usage with OBS using about 10% of it. Certain events like alerts would cause it to spike a bit but come right back down. Now OBS sits at 22% when the machine is idle and spikes hard if I do anything (click/scroll a window, change songs, etc)
AMD Ryzen 1700 OC'd 3.65GHz
16GB DDR4 3000
GTX 1050Ti

Thank you to anyone who takes the time to look at this.
