Okay so the past year or so obs has been running wonderfully maybe a slight frame drop or two every once in a while but nothing more but over the past couple of days it's become to where I can't even stream anymore than 15 or so minutes without constant and large frame lag not in game that continues to stay fine but on obs and stream. Same settings for around a year now. The file below my usual settings are the 3000 bit rate but after a while tried 2500 etc..
