Question / Help Recent failure to save videos?!

Hi there. I'm posting here in desperation. I use OBS as a recording program as it causes the least amount of hassle to setup and once it is configured it's given me some of the best control over recording feed I've had in most free programs I've used. This has allowed me to record a lot of good footage.

As of late however, my recordings have failed, to my knowledge I have changed nothing other than where the recording files should ultimately end up.

This new issue has subsequently caused me to lose 3 hours of recorded footage now, the attached log is from my latest attempt and as far as I can see, no errors occured.

I have CFR enabled and yet my usual video editor cannot open the resulting files (mp4 format). Nor can VLC Media player, and media info simply outputs....
Code:
General
Complete name : C:\Raw Record\RAW (01).mp4
Format : MPEG-4
Format profile : Base Media
Codec ID : isom
File size : 19.9 GiB

Whilst a successfully recorded one outputs....

Code:
General
Complete name : C:\Raw Record\RAW.mp4
Format : MPEG-4
Format profile : Base Media
Codec ID : isom
File size : 67.0 MiB
Duration : 34s 906ms
Overall bit rate : 16.1 Mbps
Encoded date : UTC 2014-10-06 12:04:10
Tagged date : UTC 2014-10-06 12:04:10
Writing application : Open Broadcaster Software v0.635b

If your videos are long and/or important, then I would highly recommend using FLV instead, as FLV can be converted without reencoding to MP4, and is always recoverable. It doesn't sound like it crashed though, so I'm somewhat confused. Is the file itself actually being created?
