So, i would really like to start streaming PUBG (a gpu heavy game) in 720p60fps, and i would like reccomended settings for doing this (in NVENC). I need to make sure that my GPU does not throttle to 99%, as if it does, the stream fps will decrease. Also, i really need over 80 ingame fps or i find it unplayable, dont ask why, i just do xD. Any suggestions?

1050 Ti (oc-ed to 175mhz extra)
500w psu.
