So i've been streaming for months with the same settings with no issues.
720p @ 30 FPS, 2-2.5k bitrate (depending), medium preset.
Never had an issue, i stream CS:GO.
I recently moved back @ my parents and started streaming again.
I usually used to stream with uncapped fps(fps_max 800) on CS:GO, the issue is that now my viewers are reporting some kind of "fps lag" while they watch, while i have no problems at all in game and everything is very fluid.
The only way to fix the "fps lag" for my viewers is apparently to play with fps_max 200..
So basically i don't know how to fix this, i streamed for months with fps_max 800 and i always had a really fluid stream and now in order for my stream to be "lagless" i need to stream with fps_max 200 (in game CS:GO setting).
Any tips or reasons why this is happening?
