Hi,
So I'm having this really weird problem and I have been messing around with OBS for hours yesterday evening and tonight but I could not solve it unfortunately.
I'm playing The Devision for anyone wondering.
When I stream and my ingame FPS is locked to 60FPS (or higher) the Twitch stream stutters and is not smooth at all, however when I lock the FPS to 30FPS ingame and I start to stream with exactly the same settings in OBS, the stream is as smooth as it can be.
I have tried different settings, I even tried to stream in 60FPS but that doesn't make a difference.
I have tried all 3 encoding options (quicksync is the best though, best quality) but that doesn't make a difference either.
I have a 100/30Mbps internet connection, so that's not the issue I guess.
Would be great if anyone had this issue as wel and got a solution for me :)
