Question / Help Really Rough Framerate

Getting this even in VODs.

I played Hitman: Absolution and Anno 2070 a couple of days ago, but the framerate in those is just fine. I started using VSThost and thought that maybe the plug-ins were too CPU heavy, but turning that off didn't really affect the framerate in any way. Other than that I haven't changed anything.

Oh, actually. I just realized that the two games I've had problems with the framerate, I played with my dualshock4 connected via bluetooth. I wonder if it might have something to do with that. The BT adapter is ANCIENT. But it seems to be working super well otherwise.
