Hi guys! I've seen some other posts on the forums about this issue but nothing has really worked. Every time I go to stream, my game (primary Destiny 2) is very choppy. I know my specs are up to par and I don't really know what else to do. Please any help is greatly appreciated and all relevant info will be below.
Specs: i7-6800k, GTX 1070 strix, Asus x270 MB, 16gb of Corsair Dom. Plat.

My bitrate is very very high because it has given me the best results, I have enforced streaming service encoder settings and I'm using superfast CPU usage preset. If I missed anything you guys need please let me know
