Really hoping someone can help! (Stream Issues)

Hey there!

So I've been having weird 'hanging' issues when closing OBS for a while now and dropping frames due to encoder lag/rendering lag in every stream, regardless of game played or even just chatting streams. This can range from anywhere from 20-200 frames which over the course of 4+ hours doesn't seem like much but it's one of those things that has irked me to no end.

I used to have a Ryzen 2700x & a GTX 1070 and I used to run about 30+ different scenes with a lot more sources than I do now with 0 frames dropped after streams. I'm not super tech savvy, but competent enough (I'd like to think) & I feel like I have tried SO many different things, for the sake of time I have tried;

Uninstalling & reinstalling OBS, including wiping all plugins and scenes and recreating them from scratch
A fresh install of windows and again recreating all scenes from scratch again
All drivers are up to date on GPU, Chipset etc
I have tried downscaling from 1440p to 1080p
I have also tried running everything in 1080p and streaming in 1080p
I tried streaming in 720p
I have tried both x264 & NVENC
I keep getting told that my stream is buffering for people, having slight sync issues sometimes and also having stream crash (thankfully not too often)

I'm currently running
ASUS TUF Gaming B550-plus
Ryzen 9 5900x
NVIDIA 3070 FE
32GB 3200mhz Corsair Vengeance
GoXLR + Shure SM7B

Wired internet 100mb/s DL 100mb/s UP

Please can anyone shed some light on what the hell is going on, I'd be forever in your debt!

If I've forgotten to mention anything please do let me know

Your log contains no recording or streaming session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link via this troubleshooting tool or whichever support chat you are using.
