Really high Video Encode on 3080ti

So I wanted to stream but it gave me Encoding overload so after looking at Task Manager I saw that my Video Encode sits at 80% when recording at 1080p 60fps and I have no clue why it's that high because it used to be around 40% with the same settings

Edit turns out that uninstalling Aitum multistream fixed the issue
