Question / Help Really High Ping When Streaming CS:GO HELP!

I currently have a small twitch channel, but I cannot stream CS:GO. Every time I try to my ping ingame is over 400 please help.
PC Specs:
Intel Core I7 4790 3.6GHZ
Nvidia Gtx 960 2GB
8 GB RAM

What would I have to do in order to have a higher bitrate? And be able to stream at 720p?

Get a better internet connection

It's exactly as everyone has been saying. Your settings are too optimistic for the internet you have. you were using about 95% of your connection to stream, which leaves nothing for your game, resulting in the high ping. If you want to increase that for better quality, a better Upload on your connection is required. I have 5 MB up, which seems to be around the minimum if you want to go for twitch's maximum, while also playing a game online.
