Bug Report really bad stutter in league of legends

I have what I thought was a pretty ballin' machine, but I'm having massive stutter issues when streaming League of Legends. I think that the problems started when i got a second monitor, but that being said I bought hardware that I thought would handle this. I have something like 50-60 fps in game and I have 70/35 internet. Here's the log following, one thing I'm confused about is that I have 8 gb of ram but in the log it says 4 total, 4 free.

Set up 2 sources.
- One Software Source and select your LoL Client
- One Game Source and select your LoL Game when it is starting
- Disable Aero in the obs settings

Do not capture your whole monitor.

Ok I'll try that, but in that log i tried 3 different setups and the last one is with software capture, not whole monitor.

Don't use Software capture for the game... Just for the client. Use Game Capture for the game.
Oh and set your Bitrate to around 4000/4000 if you want to stream in 1080p. Your internet can handle that.

You cannot do full monitor capture with aero enabled on windows 7 and below. You have to disable aero in video settings first to make it work correctly. You can either turn off aero and capture that way or just do what the others suggested and have a two-scene setup for league of legends.
