Question / Help Really Bad Quality on Stream and Record

the recording isnt the issue anymore...
at 50,000 the recording is blu-ray quality... or atleast close to it...
the problem is that even with a downscale to 720p at 30 fps the stream quality is tragic, compared to the Xsplit software at 1080 at 60 or at even 30...
tried only stream at 720 30/60, 1080 at 30/60....
its just the same 1:1
the Xsplit software is also using nvenc and the quality is better and i fucking tried playing with every setting there is in the menues

Xsplit will have exactly the same quality at exactly the same settings in OBS.
Also I don't see any logs in this topic...
