Question / Help Really bad lag issue on twitch side

So I have been streaming Minecraft for a while and never had an issue with any lag on vanilla and modded. But when I have tried to play other games, I don't see any lag on my system, but when it gets to Twitch it seems to being really laggy.

Tonight, I tried to play Depth and was getting 60fps on my machine but for some reason my stream looked like it was below 20FPS or paused all stream long. Not that it was buffering but paused. Checking halfway through my stream I noticed I had not dropped a single frame. I am wondering what might be the issue here.

I've been having problems as well, but I think it has something to do with Comcast and twitch inter connectivity. I can't maintain a good connection to twitch.

See that is what I thought but really I don't think it has to do with my internet as I drop zero frames and Minecraft ends up looking smooth and clear. When I am playing the game on my system it looks great, when I look over at my stream on my laptop, it looks like what you would expect from my CPU being maxed out.
