Question / Help Really Bad Lag for Viewers while playing MMO's

I recently wanted to start streaming some MMO's, mainly Final Fantasy XIV, but whenever I try to stream it, the viewers get really bad lag on their end. This is so bad that it is almost like watching a slideshow of screenshots at times. I had trouble in the past with lag and artifacting which got fixed, but now this problem is happening. Is there a way for me to fix it in OBS settings?

I have fixed this problem, it was a combo of too high graphics settings in game and too low of a bit rate in OBS.
