Question / Help Re-sizing

Hi Guys,

As a complete newbie, i am just learning things. The problem I have is that, I needed to crop the picture for the very quick tutorial I am making about the Facebook, so i didn't want anyone to see all the info around. But now I have this black space around the screen and for the love, I have no clue how to scale it to fit the whole canvas.

Nope? Nobody knows how to do that?

Ctrl+F will fit the selected source to the scene while retaining its aspect ratio.

Thank you for the answer, however have a look at the below. You see the black space around, how can i get rid of that? I know this might be totally basic, but i am competently green.

Are you unable to use window capture instead? Seems like it might be more suitable. I'm not sure you cropped this correctly, you should be using the crop values in the transform menu or a crop filter.
