Question / Help RB6 siege OBS settings

Hi i stream on twich and my set up is very good

CPU: i7 8700K
GPU:GTX 1080
msi pro carbon AC
144hz monitor
internet; 60UL 9.8DL

can somebody help me with my settings as the stream keeps stopping occasionally.
